I've Been Drifting Away, an analogue hand cut collage made on watercolor paper. This collage has a sister collage and can be hung as a diptych set - see also 'The Kick Inside.'

This collage is an exploration of shape, contrast, and flow. It has a dark & mysterious mood with bright pops of color that draw the eye around the shapes within.  It's a beautiful piece to hang in your living or dining area or even your bedroom.

This collage was made with:
  • Suminagashi paper from my archive popping through the background in yellow & purple
  • magazine images
  • vintage ephemera
  • an etched print cut to appear draped
  • India ink painting on a book page
